Anne has obtained a master’s degree from Freed-Hardeman University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is on her way to obtaining full LPC licensure. Anne believes that people are much more than just a diagnosis, and have an important story to be shared. She feels that it is an honor to sit with individuals from all walks of life and assist them in reaching their fullest potential. Her goal is always to create a space where clients feel comfortable to share and feel understood without receiving judgment. Anne is open to clients of all ages and has a particular interest in those who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, grief, emerging adulthood, Christian faith issues, and more. She primarily utilizes CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques in treatment. She aims to provide sensitive, trauma-informed, empowering counseling services that will leave a lasting impact on clients.
