Carolina Vargas is a dedicated professional currently taking clients at Martin Counseling while pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Lamar University. With a passion for mental health advocacy, she has spent the past four years working in outreach roles, championing accessibility and equity in care. In addition to Martin Counseling, she also serves as Community Outreach Coordinator at Arise, a virtual eating disorder startup.

Carolina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with minors in Gender Studies and Spanish from Texas Tech University, and she is fluent in both English and Spanish. Carolina is committed to making counseling approachable and person-centered. She aims to empower her clients by fostering self-awareness and facilitating healing!
