I am an LPC-Associate who recently obtained my Masters in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. I am under the supervision of Ashley Forster, LPC-S. I love to work collaboratively using CBT and solution focused counseling to reach your therapeutic goals and spark the change you want in your life. I have more than twenty years’ experience in the public-school setting as a School Counselor and teacher. I love working with children, adolescents, and their parents to help navigate the roadblocks and challenges of school, work, and family. I have also found a passion in helping clients through their grief journey and am here to listen with empathy and support.
